Pee Wee Competition — offered by Tullahoma Kennel Club on Saturday (mentor: Rebecca Haberbush). For children 5 to under 9; entry fee $5, limit 10, entries in person after 8:00 am Saturday at the club table. Held at lunchtime when a ring becomes available.

Friday specialty shows (October 9)

Eleven breed specialty clubs hold Friday shows, per the Friday specialties premium: German Shorthaired Pointer Club of America, East Tennessee Boxer Club (2 shows), United States Neapolitan Mastiff Club, Chinese Crested Club of Nashville, American Eskimo Dog Club of America, Poodle Club of Alabama (2 shows), Ohio River Basin Shiba Inu Fanciers, National Shiba Club of America, Finnish Lapphund Club of America, Miniature American Shepherd Club of the USA (2 shows), and Tennessee Valley English Cocker Spaniel Fanciers — alongside the day’s limited-breed host shows.

Designated & concurrent specialties

Designated specialties include the Basenji Club of America (national specialty week, Oct 7–10), Cirneco dell’Etna Club of America, Heartland Neapolitan Mastiff Club, United States Neapolitan Mastiff Club, American Eskimo Dog Club of America, and Miniature American Shepherd Club of the USA. Concurrent specialties include the German Shorthaired Pointer Club of Middle Tennessee, Tennessee Valley English Cocker Spaniel Fanciers, Cane Corso Association of America, and Music City Bulldog Club.

More than conformation

Obedience and rally trials run Friday through Sunday. The cluster also features a 4–6 Month Beginner Puppy competition (four days), Best Puppy in Show (Thursday), Best Bred-By-Exhibitor in Show (Thursday & Saturday), and Best Veteran in Show (Thursday & Saturday).
